Take your practice from the mat into an array of different positions on the spring loaded reformer pilates machine. A total body workout that builds strength without impact. Great for beginners to athletes.

Curated with the individual in mind a unique pilates program is designed for you and carried out in a class setting. Ideal for those working on specific injuries, issues or concerns. Or for those wanting to experience the full pilates offerings. 

Minimum 1 private session before commencing class

A dynamic strength training class held in our exercise performance centre. Utilising the principles of strength training and impact to build healthy, happy and strong bones. 

Maximum of 8

people working on loading the muscles to build strength. 

Rotate round a class based around the 7 main compound movements.
