Minimum 1 private session before commencing class
A dynamic strength training class held in our exercise performance centre. Utilising the principles of strength training and impact to build healthy, happy and strong bones.
Maximum of 8
people working on loading the muscles to build strength.
Rotate round a class based around the 7 main compound movements.
