Take your practice from the mat into an array of different positions on the spring loaded reformer pilates machine. A total body workout that builds strength without impact. Great for beginners to athletes.

A dynamic strength training class held in our exercise performance centre. Utilising the principles of strength training and impact to build healthy, happy and strong bones.

Weight training class

Maximum of 4 people working on loading the muscles to build strength. 

Rotate round a class based around the 7 main compound movements.
